I would recommend Mind and Movement Yoga. Mary, the instructor, is knowledgeable and approachable. She takes the participants through the course at a pace that works for the group. The classes are challenging but fun and feel very beneficial“.

Mary invites you to try as much as you can whilst gently encouraging you to take your yoga to the next level, providing support for all levels of ability.
